2001 Ravenau Montee de Tonnerre: Light gold, rich nose of pear, lemon, herbs, some minerals, medium body, great fruit and balance, kind of Puligny-like for a Chablis, nice long finish, should develop for years if prem-ox doesn't get it, excellent

Given the specter of premox (though I have not heard of Raveneau having issues) I would drink up everything now if it's in such a good place.
