2007 Domaine de la Pépière (Marc Ollivier) Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine (France, Loire Valley, Pays Nantais, Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine)

Everything I love about wine, stuffed into a 750ml bottle. Just a delightfully refreshing partner to food.
A mouthful of shells and stones and zippy citrus fruit, its palate scrubbing acidity works wonders with raw oysters, as well as
a richer preparation of broiled Oysters Rock.
I don't have a "house wine" but if I did, this very well might be it.

And it's an affordable house wine.

Of course the Briords is not so expensive either.
