Premier Cru

Dark yellow/deep golden, almost like ginger ale, in the glass.

Nutty, sherry on the nose.

Intense initial mousse, then thin streams of fine bubbles.

Green apple, lime, tangy, very nutty, vanilla, raisined, nicely round in the mouth.

A clean finish.

A very nice wine and another good example of an aged NV champagne. Went very well with dim sum and sushi.

Purchased at $27.99 in NYC.
