My wife and I leave in the morning (July 10) for a 12 day vacation in beautiful Vancouver. I will do my best during that time to eat as much Pacific Salmon as I can and try to discover how many BC wines are good matches.

Really looking forward to this.

Will take notes and post on our drinking adventures upon my return.

Save me a seat.

As luck would have it, salmon is on the menu for tonight....to be meticulously grilled by Yours Truly.
