WTN: Borsao basic red

2007 Borsao Red Wine - 75% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo - 14% ABV - $9.99 in a WV wine shop, probably sells for less in other places. I've never been disappointed by any Borsao I've tasted. It always seems to deliver quality above what the price would suggest, and this didn't disappoint. A very juicy mouthfull, overwhelmingly Grenache, the Tempranillo was, I thought, fairly well hidden. Full-bodied, not at all sweet (I didn't check the RS), and absolutely no flaws that I was able to identify. A bit on the simple side, but well worth the money. I'll buy it again but I decided not to purchase a case.

I actually generally like the basic Borsao better than the Tres Picos, which is too jammy for me. The base Borsao has been a standby at our house for years,
