2001 Nalle Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley

I thought I drank my last bottle of this over a year ago, but I was down in the pit and unearthed another...yippeeeee.
Holding up nicely at age 7. Restrained, balanced, food friendly. Everything I seek in a Zin, but seldom find.

Are you a fan of the Dasche L'Enfant Terrible? I had it last night and while it is not exactly my cup of tea, I found it balanced, restrained and food friendly.

cool. I have a bottle of 2005. 13.5% alcohol. I'm hoping it will have a similar character.

Brian-
I can't locate my note, but I had the 2005 Nalle Zin earlier this year and don't recall detecting any stylistic change.
All fwiw,
