Well, the mean procrastination bug had hit me again, so almost a month later:

Niagra Cool '06

Enjoy!

Great post Tyler! I'm glad that you were able to make it and you enjoyed the event. I wish my cooking had been a bit more organized, as I forgot to cook up peppers and onions for the Italian sausage. BTW- the fish fry at Sawyer Creek is haddock (just had one the other day). Next year - the Finger Lakes!

I will have to try very hard to make this event next year! I can't believe what a great time you all had. I think I could even get my wife to tag along as she is a fellow wine lover, if not as much of a geek. Well done Tyler. Keep up the good work!

Great notes, next time don't be shy- someone always has an extra pen or 2 (I'm usually the one asking for it). It was a pleasure meeting you, hope to see you again soon.

Tyler, I'm just catching up on older posts, seeing as I wasn't online much during my visit to Europe. Thanks for your nice comments on my wine - though the one you enjoyed the most wasn't a Concord, but a dry Niagara. I was hoping to make Concord last year but ended up buying Fredonia grapes instead, not knowing it was Fredonia until the wine was made. This year I definitely plan to make dry Concord again - it's been a full four years since I made that lovely '02 that has been my personal benchmark ever since.

Paul, I for one didn't know that you were traisping all over Europe. I am expecting a full report! :-)
