Driving while vehicle is intoxicated

by Covert » Tue Oct 14, 2008 5:52 pm

Just heard on the news that some bloke got his horse drunk before running down a pedestrian with his carriage. The man was arrested on a Third Degree Murder charge! What happens if you hit somebody while your car is running on ethanol?

Your vehicle being an inanimate object, I don't think you have an argument! Even with the horse you are on very thin ice.
