Very short notes on some of the more interesting wines from last week's Repertoire dinner at Cafe Ysabel.
Capcanes Mas Donis Rosat - I couldn't find any vintage statement on the label. Deep color, but the wine is light. Sweetish. Uninteresting.
Rose de Pavie Macquin 2007 - Faded rose color. Good flavor. On the light side. Very good.
Pittacum Bierzo 2005 - Very dark. Medium to full-bodied. Sweet, ripe fruit. An easy drink. Good.
