Thanks, David, but I'm seriously lacking in Cotes du Rhone also.

Wouldn't bother with Cotes du Rhone either, given the current high quality of tap water.

I was going to suggest chewing some rosemary while eating a cherry.

JC wrote:Support group I need your help. Tell me why I should NOT buy a Valpolicella Superiore Ripassa with great reviews at $29.99 and while your at it, help me avoid a purchase of Barroche CdP. (Are you familiar with Barroche? The few wines from this producer that I have sampled in the past were yummy.)

JC,

The Ripassa is only for those shallow QPR chaser types, and while Domaine la Barroche makes an excellent CdP they usually... uh... sometimes they... oh, just buy the damn wine and keep quiet about it!

Okay, speaking of ESJ, he's got a couple of Gamay bottlings out , and TomHill praised them both.
I'd like to get a few bottles of each.
I'm reaching for my checkbook...........

Why shouldn't I order them?

John, I would have a good excuse to buy. ESJ has never appeared on shelves here in AB-land.
So if seen, I might be buying for research reasons. Pity you do not have that same poor excuse!!

John - are you actually on wine probation? If not then just buy the wines guilt-free. If you feel guilty then maybe that's your answer.
