WTN: Zuccardi Q malbec 2002
Posted: Thu May 25, 2006 12:13 am100% malbec from Familia Zuccardi winery in Mendoza. Bright deep purple color. Aroma of dark berries and toffee. Medium/full body, 14.5% abv, with blackberries, plums, tobacco, chocolate. Fine tannins. Aged in French oak for 12 months. Very balanced and easy to drink. Medium finish with a cedar/vanilla aftertaste. Very good modern styled malbec. Very good value. The Q tempranillo is also highly recommendable.
