I visited the Gvaot Boutique Winery with Gabriel Geller and my nephew - who is pictured is one of the posts' galleries. The winery is really awesome at creating Merlot, Cabernet, and blends - and they were all awesome! The prices are still a bit high, the usual Achilles heel of Israeli wineries, but the wines are really nice. Thanks to Shivi Drori and the wine hand (who's name I missed)

The names of the assisting winemakers are Yoni and Elitzur. Quite a great write up Dave. The Rosé has now been finalized and clearly improved and will be released soon .
