Has anyone used this product? It seems to be a good idea as it avoids the issues of the vacuum pumps and is basically the same as putting the wine into a small plastic bottle but obviously much more convenient and possibly a better seal.

And what about the permeability of the membrane to O2? I'd like to see it come with cans of N2 to inflate it. Then, I wopuld like to see a fully inert membrane (maybe silicone rubber?). That way, one could actually reseal the bottles for further aging.

Haven't really thought about it that much but it sounds like there should be nothing wrong with it for shabbos.

Make b'patish? Ordinary baloons (that have already been inflated once--inflating for the first time is certainly assur) are a major shailo with various opinions.
