Livni Shani 2010 is their first Shiraz, with 20% Cabernet added. The grapes were grown in high elevation south of Hevron. It is aged in oak for 18 months and shows the classic flavors of Shiraz with vanilla from the oak. It is a wonderful addition to the Livni line and should age well. It is expensive, however, at 125 shekels.
