Jose Penin & Yair Gat hold historic Spanish and Israeli wine tasting in Israel! Nice press attention for Israeli wines! My take away was that the Robert Parker of Spain left with a far better understanding and greater appreciation for Israel and it wines than when he entered! This can do nothing but bolster Israel and its wine industry. This is no panacea, there are issues in the Israeli wine industry, but Hacarem did a great job of culture exchange on this one and they should be commended for it!
