Those who keep track should notice that I'm probably the one posting the most on Tzora, and I'm glad to finally get detailed impressions from others. Thanks.
Speaking of their whites, its just too bad that your notes don't include impressions on Tzora's other dry white, the Shoresh Blanc. Personally, I haven't found a way to reconcile their success at expressing the Gewurztraminer when bottling the dessert wines, with their inability to do so--on that level, at least--with the Blanc, unless of course residual sugar covers up many flaws that otherwise stare you in the face. I go back to this wine repeatedly, thinking that my lack of appreciation for it rests in my lack of experience with the grape, but so far the learning curve has proven to be difficult and not as rewarding as I'd hoped.
