How is this wine drinking right now? If I have one bottle when should I drink it? Has it reached it's peak yet or should I wait and if yes, how long?

I had it last week. It's certainly approachable but I think it's got a lot more to give.

I had it Pesach and felt I should have waited. If you're going to open it now, I would decant or otherwise expose it to air for a couple of hours.

Indeed - my notes:

My friend and I, who drink this often enough, think that if you want to drink this now decant it for an hour or two. Otherwise wait a year.

No - my "friend" is a VERY good friend of Benyo because he must buy a case of his wine a month! He swears by Four Gates and enjoys other wines on the side.

He is now only drinking the CF in the manner described, 2 hours of decanting and all the lovely green notes come to life in a richer and more extracted experience.
