Matt, Hi....

The wine in question is produced by the Noah arm of the Hevron Heights Winery. My tasting note follows.

Best
Rogov

Noah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tevel, 2005: Aged for 18 months in stainless steel vats with oak staves, dark ruby towards garnet, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and showing berry, cassis and cedarwood notes. A simple but pleasant entry-level wine. Drink up Score 84. K

Thanks Daniel.

Had a nice 2005 Recanati Syrah last night. Decanted for about an hour and served with a BBQ brisket. I think that this wine was consumed a little young--after about 2.5 hours it had opened up considerably and was quite delicious. First tastes were good, but not great.
