Well worth reading but may I suggest that your reading be careful and critical, especially measuring the validity of the research studies quoted.

I'm going to have what to say on this essay and topic (oyes......and a good deal to say), but I'll hold off for a while so that others can have their 2, 3 or 27 cents worth first.
