Ryan, Hi....
I've tasted only one of the wines on your list. My most recent tasting note for that wine follows.

Chateau Haut-Brion, Graves, 1975: Garnet red in color, with a bit of browning now, but still showing its inherent balance and structure nicely. On the nose and palate still some of the blackcurrants, cherries and plums that typified the wine in its youth but those now going to a near-sweet raisin-like fruitiness, that matched nicely by cigar tobacco and hintes of earthiness. Fully mature and perhaps a bit past its peak, so not for much longer cellaring. Drink now-2006. Score 91. (Re-tasted 3 May 2004)
