Menachem, Hi....
Following are my most recent tasting notes (within the last 6 - 8 months) for the wines in question.

Carmel, Single Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Kayoumi, 2004: Aged in oak for 15 months, the wine is dark, almost impenetrable purple in color. Firm tannins and smoky wood come together with currant, blackberry, plum and mineral aromas and flavors, those showing hints of Mediter-ranean herbs and light Oriental spices. Long and generous. Drink now–2012. Score 91. K
Carmel, Single Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Kayoumi, 2003: Luscious and elegant, deep garnet, full-bodied and softly tannic. The nose and pal-ate are still showing the black currant, berry and spicy wood that were here but now these are complemented by hints of smoked meat, to-gether with oriental spices and tobacco. Long and complex. Drink now–2014. Score 92. K
