Menach, Hi....
Rose and blush wines from Bordeaux can be made from any of the grapes grown in the Bordeaux appelation. In most cases however the wines are made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from younger vines.
My tasting note for the wine in question follows.

Baron Edmond de Rothschild. Le Rose de Clark, Bordeaux, 2007: Made from the free-run juice of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fermented entirely in stainless steel, pink towards orange and perhaps more of a "blush" than a true "rose" wine. Light- to medium-bodied, with just a bare hint of sweetness. Generously fruity with strawberry fruits on a lightly peppery background. Serve well chilled. Drink now. Score 84. K (Tasted 27 May 2008)
