Tasted and had several wines tonight, keeping on almost like if business was as usual while also having non-stop in mind our people and soldiers living under attack in the south of Israel but now also in the Tel Aviv area (!)...
Aside from the Lueria Rosso 2008 and Tulip Mostly Cabernet Franc 2010, the first very enjoyable as always and a great pairing with thin crust pizza topped with basil, fresh tomatoes and onions, the 2nd very good (crushed red fruit, tobacco leaves, bittersweet chocolate and mild wood, silky tannins on the long finish) and better than at my first tasting about 2 months ago, I really loved the Bravdo Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, still young but very promising.
Bravdo, Cabernet Sauvignon 2010: The Bravdo wines really have their very own style, very stylish indeed!
Best, chodesh tov (happy new month of Kislev, get the port ready for your donuts and latkes!
