WTN: 1998 Henriot Brut Rose Millesime, Take Two

Much better than the last bottle in that it had none of the sherry flavors I noted the first time around, and this time the bubbles persisted. Still, though, either tight/shy or just not having a lot to give--can't tell which. Some raw bread dough, no brioche, light fruit of green apple with a splash of cranberry juice, quite dry. A B- experience at the moment.
