TN and query: Henriot Blanc Souverain pur Chardonnay NV

Rich and luscious apple, starfruit, mushroom and butter with white chocolate and clean, crisp finish. This is my favorite of the Henriot NV offerings. It's very generous and delicious. Apparently, most of the wine is from Mesnil de Oger and Avize, but you wouldn't necessarily know it because of the absolute lack of gout de terroir. I think of Henriot as a very forward-thinking producer intent on modernizing the taste profile of Champagne. Everything tastes very clean and technically correct, but maybe too correct. Any thoughts on this producer?
