Good cork, opened 8 hours. 20% alc, cost was $27 Cdn just this week. Only produced in "non-declared"years, the `86 and `90 regarded as stellar!!
Color. Paler than the `86, very thin reddish brown/old tawny. No depth at all.
Nose. Molasses, figs, cigar box, burnt almonds.
Palate. Not too silky an entry here! Medium bodied and a washed out mid-palate. Spirity finish, nutty though, dates, plums, raisins. Very oxidized, is that the right word? Drink up if in the cellar,my thought.
