Marinated lamb in some EVO, garlic, pepper and "secret spice blend". Grilled to perfection. Accompanied by cole slaw and some nice warm crusty bread from Raley's. Mmmmm...What made it really better was a 2002 Alderbrook Old Vine Zin (Dry Creek). It was smooth, almost cola like entry with berries and smoke. Continued sipping the last of the bottle in lieu of dessert.
