Orange blossom, spicy and clean on the nose.
Apple, orange, lemon, peppery, medium weight, crisp, bitter grapefruit rind toward the end.
With time, the bitter grapefruit rind began to dominate.
Grapefruit rind on the drying finish.

The wine started out okay, but, as I noted, the bitter grapefruit rind soon moved to the forefront. It was a little distracting.
