Yes, it is among the food-friendlier Chardonnays that I've had in recent memory (our cache of Chablis has shrunk dramatically as a result of PremOx scares), which is yet another reason to love it.

I just heard rumours that we might be seeing this at Alko soon! Sadly, the price won't be 7,50€ but something approaching 20€. But I still look forward to it.

My bottles have plastic corks and will need to be drunk quickly. A sip and spit sample last June was more lively albeit with a somewhat gluey after-taste which has now receded.

Yes, Nomacork across the board for the '07 Bruns I've opened (blanc and L'Ancien). I'd love to see him switch to screwcap, but understand the problems associated with such a move.
