The one with the delicious, comfort-food, mac'n'cheese style sauce? Cafe Lou Lou, I believe.

I have to say i wondered if you were talking about ours, Deano, because ours did have cheese, but we garnished with parsley and three spring onion flowers, so I'd decided not. We were second to last. I'm anxious to know if you were talking about ours, though!

I remember the one Dean is talking about. I think it was the one behind Son of Sailor. Maybe Jack Fry's?

Here's the rough guide. I'm trying to get a copy of the food and beer pairings, which may have changed a bit since I first was given a glance. I'd rather not publish them until I know it is final. The cost is $55. I think it will be worth it.

Local Brews and Local Foods - Beer Dinner at the Windsor

A combined effort with The Windsor, World Class Beverages & New Albanian Brewing, featuring locally grown foods and brewed beers.

Monday, February 23, 2009
6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
The Windsor
148 E Market Street
New Albany, IN
Featuring 5 courses and 8 beer pairings, with an aperitif and "parting glass" beers. Reservations are required, so please call 812-948-9688 for more information.

One small correction: the Windsor's phone number is (812) 944-9688. Everything else is accurate. And, Roger, I'll send you the finalized copy of the menu as soon as possible.

I had a customer call me sir yesterday in the store.... I immediately carded them. 36 years old does not make me a sir, unless I was knighted by the Queen when I was not looking.

You think "sir" is bad? Try having the check-out clerks call you M'am ( at age 30). That officially means you are not a "hot chick" anymore...

I'm 27 and by mom's boyfriend's son's friend (senior in high school) referred to me as "sir" at my mom's for Christmas. That hurt.

I was taught as a kid to say M'am as a sign of respect. It has nothing to do with age.
