* Portraits of Grief
The New York Times has been publishing "Portraits of Grief," a series of profiles of some of the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks. The
final daily profile appeared Dec. 31, but additional profiles will be
published from time to time. All profiles will remain on NYTimes.com
indefinitely, and a collection will be published in book form next year,
with profits going to the Times Neediest Cases Fund.
The current collection includes an archival search engine searchable by name, company, city or keyword for profiles of the victims.

We were deeply touched by the stories of so many people who were lost in
the terrorist attack. As wine lovers, we were particularly interested to
see how many of them were in some way involved with wine, as a profession
or personal interest. This collection of links includes selected profiles
that included references to "wine" and "champagne."
